What is a good college to attend to become a neurologist?
I’m a junior in high school and im taking a test at the end of the school year to become a CNA, but i don’t just wanna do that. I’m reaally fasinated by Neurology and what goes on with the brain and the nervous system.. so I want to know which colleges might be good to help me persue my career.
Why is it necessary to wear a gown for a neurology exam?
Will the exam be that thorough or mainly talking and reflexes. I thought they were mainly concerned about your brain and nervous system.
I always have trouble tying ‘em.
What is the difference between neuropathology and neurology?
They both deal with diseases of the nervous system… correct? What are the differences?
Neurology is a more broad specialty dealing with all disorders affecting the nervous system including disease, trauma, and so forth. Neuropathology focuses specifically on disease processes affecting the nervous system.
What does a neurologist specifically do?
I know that neurologists diagnose and treat nervous system/brain disorders, but what do they specifically do for treatment? Can you give examples of things they might do in the career?
